Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Supply Chain Manager
to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge oflubricants and base oil grades
, with achemical background preferred
, and proven expertise in procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier coordination.Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the supply chain for lubricants and base oil products, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery. Plan and oversee procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution activities. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure uninterrupted supply. Analyze demand forecasts and align supply planning accordingly. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards related to chemical products. Monitor KPIs, identify risks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with sales, production, and finance teams to support business objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Supply Chain Management, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
. Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably within thelubricants, base oils, or chemical industry
. Strong knowledge oflubricants and base oil grades
is highly preferred. Solid understanding of international procurement, logistics, and inventory management. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.Job Type: Full-time
