Position: Supply Chain Manager Manager (having work experience in OEM Automotive & have experience in travelling to China Suppliers in China)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Language Skills: Bilingual (Both Fluent in English & Chinese)
Open to all Nationalities
Availability to Join: Immediately
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standards.
- Develop and execute strategic supply chain plans to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise end-to-end supply chain operations, from procurement to logistics.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, sales, and finance departments to align activities with company goals.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and implement enhancements.
- Select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Cultivate strong supplier relationships for timely and quality services.
- Optimize inventory levels to meet demand efficiently.
- Proactively identify and address supply chain risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred).

Skills:
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Capability to oversee complex logistics operations and effectively mitigate risks.
- Willingness to travel internationally extensively.
