Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management within the Food and Beverage industries, with a proven track record of optimizing logistics, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency throughout the supply chain process.

Responsibilities:



Supply Chain Strategy:

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to streamline operations and improve supply chain efficiency.

Vendor Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality standards are met.

Inventory Management:

Oversee inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and reduce excess inventory, optimizing working capital.

Logistics Coordination:

Manage transportation and distribution of products, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

Continuous Improvement:

Lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes, leveraging data and analytics.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold quality standards across the supply chain.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience of minimum 5 years in supply chain management within the Food and Beverage industries.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
