Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven

Supply Chain Manager

to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution processes while maintaining strong supplier and internal team relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Oversee procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution operations. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective sourcing. Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability across all channels. Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to align supply and demand planning. Implement KPIs and performance tracking for supply chain and logistics operations. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies. Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration (Master's preferred). Minimum

4-6 years of experience

in supply chain or logistics management (preferably in the FMCG or beverage sector). Strong understanding of import/export, warehousing, and distribution in the UAE market. Proficiency in

ERP systems

, MS Excel, and supply chain analytics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
