Position Summary

We're looking for a Supply Chain Intern to join the Nespresso UAE team in Dubai. This 6-month internship is a great opportunity for recent graduates with a background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering to gain hands-on experience across key areas of the supply chain -- from planning and logistics to warehouse operations and process improvement.

A Day in the Life...

As a Supply Chain Intern at Nespresso UAE, your day will include:

Supporting the Demand and Supply Planning team with process improvement initiatives Assisting the warehouse and logistics team in driving efficiency and service quality Gathering and analyzing data to support informed decision-making Engaging with cross-functional stakeholders and understanding supply chain dependencies

Key Projects


You'll be contributing to three key projects:

Optimizing Boutique Replenishment Process

Review the current replenishment setup and propose improvements Focus KPI: Stock availability at boutique level

Tracking Limited Edition Coffee Performance

Create a tool to monitor and evaluate LE coffee launches Deliver insights to support future product launches Focus KPI: LE Share vs. total B2C capsules at 7.0%

Automating Purchase Order (PO) Creation

Review the current PO creation process for inbound containers from HQ Design and implement a more automated, streamlined process within MSD

What Will Make You Successful

Recent graduate in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems like MSD is a plus A proactive learner with attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset * Enthusiasm to work on real-world challenges and make a tangible impact
