Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Supply Chain In-Charge
to manage our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will handle procurement, inventory control, vendor coordination, and logistics to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations. If Excel is your best friend and delays make you nervous--this job is for you.Key Responsibilities
Manage
procurement, inventory, and logistics operations
Monitorstock levels
and ensure timely replenishment Coordinate withsuppliers, transporters, and internal departments
Place purchase orders and ensureon-time deliveries
Track shipments and managelocal & international logistics
Maintain accurateinventory records and documentation
Controlcosts and prevent overstock or stock shortages
Handleimport/export documentation
(if applicable) Resolve supply chain issues and delays efficiently Prepareweekly and monthly supply chain reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration
, or related field3-5 years of experience
in supply chain, preferably in atrading or distribution company
Strong knowledge ofinventory control and procurement
Experience withERP systems / MS Excel
Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsWhat We Offer
