No job dTravel Retail Supply Chain ExecutiveDubai - 10k per month5 days office based.This role is for a company dealing in Travel Retail sales and distribution partner for perfumes. The role is to manage the sales and supply of the fragrance products in the Middle East Travel Retail / Duty Free channel, supplying clients including numerous duty frees and airlines.You will be responsible for the logistical aspects of the Travel Retail Department:
- Managing the stock holding to ensure adequate stocks levels to service client orders whilst maintaining stock reserves in the warehouse
- Calculating and processing the import orders from the brand owners
- Processing export orders placed by the Duty Free retailers
- Reporting the monthly sales both internally and to the brand owners.
- Ability to communicate across multiple levels, Brand owners, Duty Free clients, Warehouse & Logistics team, Managers & Executives)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Positive \'can do\' attitude & passion
- Highly organised
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Excellent in Excel, SAP knowledge would be an advantage
- Fluent in English
