Role Overview
The SCM Executive (Junior) supports daily supply chain operations including procurement coordination, material planning, inventory control, logistics follow-ups, and ERP documentation. The role ensures timely material availability, accurate records, and smooth coordination with suppliers and internal teams to avoid production disruptions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in raising PRs and POs and supporting RFQs
Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations and deliveries
Support material planning and track daily shortages
Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock counts
Coordinate inbound logistics and shipment tracking (ASN)
Update ERP and Excel trackers and maintain SCM reports
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Finance, and Engineering teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
2-4 years experience in SCM / logistics / procurement
Basic knowledge of ERP, MRP, inventory, and logistics processes
Strong communication, coordination, and attention to detail
Automotive or manufacturing exposure is an advantage
