Supply Chain ERP Consultant

for a prominent and leading retail company in

Saudi Arabia

The

Supply Chain ERP Consultant

is responsible for analyzing and improving supply chain operations, enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and supporting operational transformation. Works closely with operations teams and cross-functional departments to lead optimization initiatives and develop effective processes and system improvements.


Work location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Accountabilities


------------------------

Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes including planning, demand, inventory, transportation, and distribution. Identify performance gaps and propose practical improvement solutions. Support the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and operational improvement plans. Lead supply-chain optimization and transformation projects with cross-functional teams. Develop new operating models that support growth, efficiency, and productivity. Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across departments. Contribute to enhancing supply-chain systems such as ERP, WMS, and TMS. Design and improve supply-chain policies, procedures, and workflows. Develop and monitor performance dashboards and KPIs. Provide operational consulting, guidance, and best-practice recommendations. Train team members on new processes, systems, and operational enhancements. Improve demand forecasting accuracy and support inventory optimization. Monitor stock levels and recommend actions balancing cost and service levels.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:





Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain or operational excellence roles. Preferred certifications: CSCP, CPIM, Lean, Six Sigma. Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of ERP/WMS/TMS systems. Experience leading multi-department projects and managing stakeholders effectively. * Excellent communication and presentation skills.
