Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Looking for an employee who can take care of the following work areas with interest and enthusiasm:- Goods receipt/dispatch and packaging
- Booking of airfreight and courier shipments – import/export
- Customs processing
- Quality management – AS9120 / equivalent to ISO9001
- Document and certificate management, uploads and scans
- Communication with foreign customers, suppliers and freight companies
Job Requirements:
You must either have experience in the above work areas or be prepared for a 1-2 year Trainee course if you have completed relevant studies. You must:- Be fluent both orally and in writing in English.
- Be firm at the keys in ERP systems
- Keep an overview when things are going fast
- Work flexibly when orders pile up
