Job purpose:
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will develop a new function within Middle East Supply Chain, which will bring discipline and proper control of administrative work when it comes to the logistics costs, customer pricing and forwarders invoices resolution in the region. You\'ll be responsible for increasing Supply Chain efficiencies between cross functions and maximize on service levels that McCain MENA provides to the customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinating and optimizing logistics processes
Monthly communication with shipping forwarders to receive, validate and update Sea freight costs in SAP
Communicate a monthly analysis of costs fluctuation per shipping lanes to MENA Senior Management
Cooperation with finance team to make sure that shipping forwarder is executed on timely manner
Shipping forwarder Accounts Payable invoicing approval and routing
Solving incidents on AP billing for shipping forwarders
Other finance tasks like payment processes and accounting controls
Close follow up with Customer Service team to re-price any of customers\' orders - if needed
Monitoring and reporting pricing changes
Identify, plan and execute improvement areas within the current pricing update cycle
Maintaining relationships with external and internal contractors and customers
Active cooperation with other departments of the company
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in experience of finance administration in well-disciplined environment
Bachelor or Master degree in Business/Accounting or a related discipline preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Microsoft and analytical tools (particularly Power BI, Excel, PPT)
Very good experience with SAP
Team player, but also autonomous & able to work independently
Advanced analytic and reporting skills
Excellent problem solving, organization and planning skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Nice to have good command of French or Dutch.
