RESPONSIBILITIES:

Warehousing: organize warehouse and its daily operations, stock transfer, loading of goods and input in the system.
Inventory Management: maintaining stock levels and managing the storage and stock of items.
Administration: coordinating and dispatching drivers to arrange pick up of items and scheduling deliveries, supervision of maintenance contracts and repair jobs for retail boutiques.
Logistics: organize inbound shipments, conduct product registration and certification with UAE authorities, liaise with the manufacturers to prepare documentation necessary for goods clearing.

PROFILE:

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite with good knowledge in Excel spreadsheet
1-3 years previous experience in warehousing and logistics
Good verbal and written communication in English
Proactive and hardworking
Adaptability and flexibility, and ready to work in a moving environment
Team player

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
