Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Warehousing: organize warehouse and its daily operations, stock transfer, loading of goods and input in the system.
  • Inventory Management: maintaining stock levels and managing the storage and stock of items.
  • Administration: coordinating and dispatching drivers to arrange pick up of items and scheduling deliveries, supervision of maintenance contracts and repair jobs for retail boutiques.
  • Logistics: organize inbound shipments, conduct product registration and certification with UAE authorities, liaise with the manufacturers to prepare documentation necessary for goods clearing.
PROFILE:
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Driving license
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite with good knowledge in Excel spreadsheet
  • 1-3 years previous experience in warehousing and logistics
  • Good verbal and written communication in English
  • Proactive and hardworking
  • Adaptability and flexibility, and ready to work in a moving environment
  • Team player
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
