Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator (Emirati Graduate) Job Summary: We are looking for ambitious Emirati graduates to join our prestigious client's team as a Supply Chain Coordinator in the oil and gas industry based in Abu Dhabi. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the flow of materials, goods, and services to support our operations. This role presents an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to start their career in the dynamic field of supply chain management within the oil and gas sector. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and issuing purchase orders for materials, equipment, and services. Monitor and track the delivery of materials and goods to ensure timely receipt and compliance with specifications and quality standards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as project managers, engineers, and finance teams, to identify procurement needs and requirements. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and supplier performance metrics. Assist in supplier evaluation and performance reviews to ensure compliance with contractual terms and service level agreements. Coordinate with logistics providers to arrange transportation, shipping, and delivery of materials to project sites or storage facilities. Resolve issues and discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, and invoices in a timely and effective manner. Support in the development and implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Requirements: Emirati nationality with recent graduation. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Eagerness to learn and develop a career in supply chain management within the oil and gas industry.
