Kinetic is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Supply Chain Assistant to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Responsible for order confirmation and communications.
Review purchase orders ensuring accuracy in product specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions, inventory, and logistics activities.
Coordinate shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Ensure information is up to date on the CRM system and maintain hard copy documents.
