Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Purpose of the Job
Responsible for analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. This role involves collecting and interpreting data, developing insights, and recommending strategies for supply chain improvement. The Supply Chain Analyst will collaborate with various teams to ensure that supply chain operations align with business objectives and meet customer demands.

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Develop forecasts and inventory models to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to enhance supply chain processes.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate supply chain initiatives and recommendations.
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance metrics to management.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
• Assist in the development of supply chain strategies to align with business objectives.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Support inventory management activities, including stock counts and reconciliations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to support supply chain optimization.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance supply chain systems and reporting tools.
• Train and support team members on supply chain best practices and tools.
• Assist in managing relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate the impact of supply chain changes.
• Implement data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Support the development of budgets and forecasts related to supply chain activities.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required by management.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

• 3+ years' experience in supply chain analysis or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
