Supply Associate

Why Patients Need You Our manufacturing logistics and supply team makes sure that customers and patients have the medicines they need, when they need them. You'll help bring medicines to the world even faster by embracing challenges, imagining what's possible and taking action. What You Will Achieve Working with a dynamic team of Logistics and Supply Chain experts, you will play a critical role in planning, issuing and managing production schedules. Thanks to your expertise, you'll manage the material supply and demand to ensure a controlled flow of approved material and equipment based on the production and inventory requirements. Your coordination skills will help in interdepartmental planning activities with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control, traffic etc. You'll also have a strong relationship with foreign and local suppliers for order delivery follow-up. As an associate, your focus on the job will contribute in achieving project tasks and goals. Through your domain knowledge and commitment, you will create a collaborative teaming environment for your colleagues. It is your dedication and hard work that will make it possible for Pfizer's customers and patients to receive the medicines they need, when they need them. How You Will Achieve It Contribute to completion of project milestones and organize own work to meet project task deadlines. Follow-up with local and foreign suppliers for order's delivery as per planning requirements and ensure a good Management of all customs activities (documentation, authorizations ... etc) with the freight forwarder. Purchase order placement in SAP according to Lead time & requirements Ensure production plan is feasible based on review of material availability alerts and work with Supply Planner to reflect key supply priorities in the plan. Maintain a good supplier, customs relation to ensure zero shortages & good OTIF% Track, review and communicate key raw material lifecycle and shelf-life status. Ensure good periodic update for Supplier Lead time / MOQ and data base on SAP/ERP Consistently provides open communication on progress of projects or issues with the co-workers. Recommend corrective actions and preventive measures in the corresponding quality system. Participate on IMEx and continuous improvement at Material Supply Ecosystem. Be a part of the Site investigation team for all incidents related to Supply Department. Qualifications Must-Have Bachelor's Degree - (Master's Degree is an advantage) Working experience on similar job, especially in pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage Fluent English both written and spoken Knowledge of the Procurement and Supply Chain processes Knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices Strong analytical, communication, presentation and organizational skills Computer skills in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint Good knowledge of SAP Nice-to-Have Experience in a Food and Drug Administration regulated environment. Customs activities knowledge
