Supply & Demand Planning Manager
Job Description
Responsible for:
Managing inventory,reducing downtime, limit overtime,and cover immediate customer demand though prioritizing the production schedule . Consistently monitoring and evaluate the production outputs against standards. Rough cut capacity planning . Material requirements planning for the all grains, additives and packaging materials for animal feed plants. Monitor the actual stock level and if necessary, adjusting the purchasing /supply plan to avoid excessive stock and ensure availability . Maintain strong working relationships and communication directly with the contract manufacturers and suppliers to confirm production /shipping schedules and monitor open purchase orders for the all orders to ensure on time deliveries. Raising purchase requisitions for RM and PM coordinating with procurement team
