We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Suppliers Coordinator
to manage and support supplier-related activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth communication between the company and its vendors. This role plays a key part in supporting the procurement team's efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update supplier databases and contact information.
Coordinate communication between suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitor supplier performance metrics such as quality, delivery times, and compliance.
Assist in evaluating suppliers and recommending improvements or alternative sources.
Support the procurement team with supplier-related documentation and contract follow-ups.
Facilitate resolution of supply issues, delays, or disputes in collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Track orders and shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely receipt of materials.
Prepare reports on supplier performance and delivery status for management review.
Help implement supplier development and risk management strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; degrees in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields are an advantage.
At least 4+ years of experience in a procurement or suppliers coordination.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and procurement systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and handle multiple priorities.
