Job Title: Supplier Quality Engineer
Location: Ajban - Abu Dhabi
Job Type: Full-Time
Contract Duration: 6 Month
Work Schedule: 5 Days/Week

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement supplier quality plans, engineering controls, and risk reduction measures.
Review and provide feedback on 2D drawings, 3D models, schematics, and relevant technical documentation.
Execute supplier maturity assessments and lead development plans.
Drive corrective and preventive actions within the supplier performance management framework.
Analyze supplier data to proactively identify risks.
Conduct supplier audits and report findings effectively.
Oversee First Article Inspections (FAI) and ensure compliance with APQP and associated deliverables (e.g., PPAP, MSA, FMEA).
Participate in MRB (Material Review Board) activities and recommend corrective actions.
Support incoming quality verification and ensure alignment with safety and documentation standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum: Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
Preferred: Masters degree and/or certifications such as ASQ or CQI.
Minimum Experience: 8+ years in a Quality Engineering environment.
Preferred Experience: 3+ years in a Supplier Quality Engineering role, ideally in the defense industry with regional exposure.
Key Competencies:
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, quality engineering, APQP, and FAI processes.
Proficiency in technical report writing and quality testing tools.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
