\xef\x82\xa7 Implement the standards set in Boecker\xc2\xae Operations Manual. \xef\x82\xa7 Review clients\xe2\x80\x99 feedback and accordingly suggest improvements for reports and forms to Technical Engineering Manager. \xef\x82\xa7 Visit clients with technical problems and suggest technical recommendations to assigned technicians. \xef\x82\xa7 Provide technical training and needed field support for technicians. \xef\x82\xa7 Identify insects collected from treated premises and prepare technical reports accordingly. \xef\x82\xa7 Verify the treatments on daily basis and take appropriate action when necessary. \xef\x82\xa7 Prepare and update maps of installed pest control devices. \xef\x82\xa7 Handle courtesy calls for audited clients and the ones with technical problems. \xef\x82\xa7 Prepare a quarterly report of call back analysis and suggest corrective actions to the Technical Engineering Manager. \xef\x82\xa7 Check the Personal Protective Equipment of field staff take action where needed. \xef\x82\xa7 Prepare Trend reports, Integrated Pest Management (IPM) reports and other technical reports. \xef\x82\xa7 Examine the submitted Service Reports. \xef\x82\xa7 Review submitted treatment reports and take action when deemed necessary.
