with strong expertise in managing bar operations, beverage service, and guest satisfaction in a luxury resort or 5-star hotel environment. Candidates without relevant supervisory experience will not be considered.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bartender Supervisor with a minimum of 4 years of experience in upscale hospitality settings. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in cocktail creation, staff training, bar hygiene standards, and managing high-volume service environments for international guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations of bar outlets with focus on speed, service quality, and consistency Design and maintain a well-balanced and creative beverage menu, including international cocktails and mocktails Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and local alcohol regulations at all times Manage bar inventory, ordering, stock control, and cost management Train and supervise bartenders and service staff, promoting professionalism and teamwork Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback to ensure excellent service Collaborate with the F&B and events team for special promotions and themed nights

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Bartender Supervisor or Senior Bartender in luxury resorts or high-end hotels Proven leadership experience in a busy, high-standard bar environment Strong knowledge of mixology, international cocktails, spirits, and wine service Experience in cost control, stock handling, and maintaining bar presentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment Willingness to relocate full-time to the Maldives
