to join our factory team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will have proven carpentry experience within the UAE, with strong leadership skills to supervise and guide a team of carpenters in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily activities of carpenters and workers in the factory.
Read and interpret technical drawings and carpentry plans.
Ensure timely completion of work according to project schedules.
Maintain quality control and safety standards.
Monitor and manage materials, tools, and equipment.
Coordinate with other departments and report progress to management.
Train and guide workers as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience in the UAE.
Previous supervisory experience in a carpentry or joinery setting is mandatory.
Strong understanding of woodwork, joinery, and finishing techniques.
Ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and maintain production efficiency.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be currently available in the UAE.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
Monthly salary: AED 4,000 - AED 7,000 (based on experience).
Company-provided accommodation and transportation.
Other benefits as per UAE labor law.
