Position Overview
Talabat is hiring a Supervisor Vendor in Dubai, UAE to lead a team of vendor coordinators and ensure top operational and customer experience metrics across grocery, pharmacy, and health and beauty categories. What You'll Do

• Ensure operational excellence and customer experience KPIs are achieved for assigned vendors
• Track vendor performance closely and drive improvements with account managers and chains
• Automate reporting, dashboards, and inventory processes using Looker, Tableau, and APIs
• Manage inventory integration (SFTP, assortment APIs) between vendors and Talabat technical teams
• Create vendor-specific SOPs to improve inventory accuracy and reduce out-of-stock issues
• Plan and optimize picker headcount for daily operations and seasonal events
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a diverse team of vendor coordinators to achieve performance goals
• Conduct regular performance reviews with vendors, set improvement targets, and ensure follow-through

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in a team leadership role
• Strong data analytics and automation skills with experience in reporting tools
• Skilled in problem solving, performance management, and people leadership
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
