Job Description

Key Responsibility:
To ensure proper storing of all incoming material as per suppliers code
Manually checking the shipment and countersigning the documents of the cartons received (incoming)
To ensure removal of all delivery materials as per the specifications and all the right packets in no. (outgoing )
Responsible for all showroom deliveries
Posting and maintaining all records manually
Delivery pick list to be checked beforehand so that the customers get all the packages both in specification and in nos.
To take decisions on whether the returned goods can be repairable or non-repairable.
Ensuring damages to be controlled.
Ensure Stock Take planning & control.
Safe and secured storage of all incoming materials
Proper and right number of packets delivery to the customers
