Job Purpose
Supervise and coordinate all rig move support services and team to ensure proper handling of rig move, manpower and equipment are readily available for safe and timely rig moves.
Job Specific Accountabilities
. Ensure that all procedures of the rig move manual have been implemented correctly and followed strictly. . Review rig move support services continuously in order to improve overall rig move performance. . Ensure that sufficient rig move support fleet, equipment, tools and spares are available and provided at all times to carryout rig move support services in an efficient manner. . Ensure that the rig move support vehicles, equipment and tools are certified and maintained according to the company and customer regulations to perform rig move safely. . Ensure that sufficient rig move support crew is available and provided at all times during the rig move. . Coordinate with Rig Move Transport Coordinators for current and upcoming rig move plans and details, and arranges support services accordingly. . Prepare and keep regular rig move support fleet and equipment maintenance/service and certification records. . Coordinate and follow up with workshop supervisors/foreman for maintenance and certification of rig move support fleet, equipment and tools. . Advise on liabilities and financial impact associated with rig move support services requirements, and recommends appropriate amendments. . Coordinate in preparation of budgets and five-year business operational plan with regard to rig move support service, fleet, equipment, tools, spares etc.

Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives. Budgets . Provide input for preparation of the Department / Section budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver Section objectives. . Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control. Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures . Implement approved Department / Section policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Section's work programs in line with Company and International standards. . Comply with all applicable legislation and legal regulations. Performance Management . Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Department / Section in line with the Company Performance framework. Innovation and Continuous Improvement . Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes. . Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with best Industry standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function. Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability . Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices. . Participate in Emergency Response duties as a team member. Reports . Provide inputs to prepare MIS and progress reports for Company Management.

Minimum Qualification
Diploma in Automobile Engineering or equivalent
Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills
5 or more years of experience, including at least Revenues/ Budget: As per approved financial budget Direct Reports: As per organization chart Indirect Reports: As per organization chart

Physical Effort Minimal Work Environment A/C environment, could be exposed to the prevailing weather conditions like heat, humidity & dust during occasional site visits
