Role Summary An Picker Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the NFV/grocery operations. This include managing a team of picker floor supervisors & pickers and providing support and guidance to them, as well as handling escalated partners /customer issues and complaints.

What's On Your Plate? ? Supervise a team of pickers & supervisors to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the assistance program ? Provide training, guidance and support to the team in order to improve their performance and meet KPI's goals ? Handle escalated team issues and complaints, and take appropriate action to resolve them in a timely manner ? Monitor performance and make recommendations for improvements. In-house & 3PL pickers ? Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws ? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all assistance provided ? Responsible for increasing assortment ? Daily operational visits with minimum 4 daily ? Daily/weekly & monthly store schedules ? Directly responsible for CPO & overtime excellence in alignment with NFV Ops lead/manager. ? Making sure that right assortments are opened or created with the help of the SWAT Team on a daily basis. ? Reduce NFR% & OOS gradually to reach the desired KPI's. ? Assuring SOPs are in place ? Catalog updates along with promotions are aligned within our vendor coordination team ? Ensure in the proper execution of inventory management and daily price changes ? Coordination with 3PLs. ? Responsible for logistics related challenges for cancellation follow ups and encoding the orders not returned by rider in tracker sheet. ? Have a solid understanding and experience of SQL and data visualization ( Tableau or Data Studio).
