Key Accountabilities

• Join to add a value and contribute to Pandora\xe2\x80\x99 growth.

• Manage the day-to-day store operations.

• Drive sales and KPI performance.

• Responsible for staff training and development.

• Live and breathe Pandora Values.

• Stock management, visual merchandising & marketing, loss prevention and cash control.

Personal Competencies

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management role

• Good oral and written communication skills in English

• Attention to detail, flexible, problem solving and multitasking abilities.

• Cross Cultural understanding

• Excellent interpersonal skills, cross-cultural understanding and active listening skills.

• Excellent ability to communicate in an open, transparent and constructive way and to interact with people at different company levels.

• Excellent service and result orientation, ability to enhance customer experience and satisfy customer needs.
