Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor only in Carpet field to lead our sales team, drive performance, and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve goals.
- Implement and monitor sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Train and develop sales team members.
- Prepare and present sales reports.
- Manage inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Minimum of 3 years in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
