ROLE SUMMARY Oversee and manage the operations of the ice rink facility for Snow Oman-Muscat. Responsible for maintaining the overall functionality, safety, and customer experience of the ice rink. The role involves coordinating various aspects of rink operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and enhancing the facility's reputation. Conduct Private & Group Ice skate lessons, ensuring a high standard of customer service.

ROLE PROFILE Conduct Private & group lessons at all levels, Performance within the confines of current qualification, ensuring a high standard of customer service. This may include individuals or groups with special needs. Maintain the ice rink's physical condition, ensuring a safe and clean environment for skaters. Oversee the operation of ice resurfacing equipment and maintenance of the ice surface. Coordinate with the maintenance team (Enova) for routine upkeep of the ice rink, including rental & changing skate boot area. Manage a team of ice rink attendants and support staff. Provide ongoing training and development to staff members to ensure high-quality customer service. Plan, organize, and coordinate various events, such as public skating sessions, figure skating competitions, or any other event held within Snow Oman Perform any other reasonable tasks as requested by the direct Manager / Duty Manager.

REQUIREMENTS Fluent in English & Arabic.
