Supervisor Mechanical

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Supervisors (Mechanical) with a strong background in Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in supervising works, preferably within ADNOC or similar environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise mechanical construction activities in compliance with ADNOC, project specifications, and HSE requirements
- Monitor installation of static & rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, vessels, heat exchangers, turbines)
- Oversee piping works, alignment, leveling, grouting, pressure testing, flushing, and reinstatement
- Coordinate with EPC contractors to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, procedures, and schedules
- Review and close ITRs, MIRs, WIRs, and mechanical completion dossiers
- Support system handover, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities
- Identify construction issues, raise NCRs where required, and follow up on corrective actions
- Interface with QA/QC, HSE, commissioning, and operations teams
- Participate in walkdowns, punch listing, and final acceptance
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in relevant Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Previous ADNOC project experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of site execution, QA/QC, and safety practices.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
