Looking for Supervisor (Loading & Unloading)

Loading

formulate the daily work schedule and consult with in-charge Receive the sales invoices and maintain the deliveries Check the stock position before delivery which must ready to dispatch Check the movement of vehicle to proper loading place Check the quality of product which is being dispatched-ding To check the quality of product which is being dispatched Maintain the loading report and maintain stock cards on daily basis Wrap goods using pads marker signs and packing papers Clean and drive the forklift while loading the vehicles Intimate the office in case of any issue raises while loading of vehicles Check the all stocks to avoid from insects Do the physical stock taking and prepare the report as well

Unloading

Check the lock and seal of the containers Prepare the containers arrival report Drive the forklift for unloading from containers Confirm the stacking place before unloading Prepared good receipts report with complete bag damage details. Prepare the stock damage report with snaps and other details Maintain the empty bags stock taking report Issue the empty bags for replacement of damaged and maintain the empty bag register on daily basis

Bin Repacking

Receive the bin orders and proceed for repacking Issue the empty bags for bin repacking and update the empty bag register Check the random weight of bags while repacking of goods Check the stitching and quality of bags during repacking Broken analysis Cook analysis Scale checking with manual weights Training to concern staff as per requirements

Warehouse Cleaning Inspection

To update the daily cleaning list after inspection the cleaning area Any other duty assigned by the incharge
