Job Description

Lighting Supervisor Must be able to take permit (Lead worker) and supervise all lighting activities. Prepare all LT&T electrical drawings. Must be able to read and interpret electrical circuits Capable to lead the Lighting team and coordinate with production/maintenance team. Identify & maintain the required spares for site lighting systems. Ability to read and understand lighting wiring diagrams. Prepare drawings Work in the safest possible manner following all QChem Life Critical procedures and Electrical safety guidelines. Monitor quality of lighting time to time and report abnormalities and follow up with area engineer to replace them with equivalent/ alternate model. Supervisor should seek advice and recommend alternate power saving models. Ensure completion of all PM jobs and fill check lists and handover to area engineer. Ability to read safety requirements, understand and communicate to the team. Versatile in computer and send report daily/ weekly progress of jobs Maintain cleanliness and prepare jobsite safe and eliminate all possible hazards. Ensure all wastes generated are discarded in the classified containers. Interact in a professional and respectful manner with coworkers and customers. Complete all company required safety training programs. Ability to pass a technical background and safety interviews Send daily report to all area engineers on the jobs daily progress and follow ups. Minimum 3-year diploma with 7 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry Will be scrutinized by QChem engineer and if found unqualified will be removed from site. Supervisor shall be interviewed by QChem Engineer and approved before mobilization.
