Supervisor - Joinery Works

with

at least 2 years of UAE experience

to oversee joinery activities and ensure smooth execution of site works.

Key Responsibilities



Supervise and coordinate joinery works on site. Ensure timely execution of joinery and carpentry tasks according to project specifications. Monitor workmanship and quality of finishing to meet high standards. Plan, allocate, and manage manpower, tools, and materials. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site regulations. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors for smooth operations. Prepare progress reports and update management regularly.

Requirements



Minimum

2 years of UAE experience

as a Supervisor - Joinery Works in interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of joinery, carpentry techniques, and material specifications. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
