About the Role



We are looking for a hardworking and reliable

Supervisor & Guest Relations Specialist

to join our growing team. You will work across two of our brands:

LUXE

(Vacation Homes) and

LUMINA

(Property Cleaning).

If you are great with people, organized, and have a "can-do" attitude, we want to hear from you!

Salary and Benefits



We believe in rewarding hard work. Your package includes:

Monthly Salary:

Up to 6,000 AED (Total Package)

Performance Bonus:

50 AED for every 5-star guest review.

Sales Commission:

5% on Booking Sales or Upsells.

Signing Bonus (LUXE):

5% of contract value for bringing in new apartments.

Signing Bonus (LUMINA):

5% of contract value for new cleaning customers.

Perks:

Company Car provided, Health Insurance, and an Annual Salary Increase.

Requirements



Experience:

Previous experience in hospitality, real estate, or cleaning supervision is mandatory.

Communication:

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

License:

Must have a valid

UAE Driving License

(required for the company car).

Attitude:

Professional, polite, and organized.
