The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing large bike fleets, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with UAE traffic and regulatory procedures.

Mandatory Requirements and Job Responsibilities:

UAE Bike License with minimum 3 yrs experience working as thread ops. Fluent English with strong verbal communication skills. Proven experience managing a bike fleet of 100+ vehicles. Flexible with work timings and weekly off (1 day/week). Strong background in bike delivery ground operations, including performance monitoring, routing, and fleet control. Responsible for daily/weekly Cash on Delivery (COD) collections and reconciliations. Willing to work extended hours as required by business needs Coordination of airport pick-up/drop-off for new riders from overseas. In-depth knowledge of bike documentation processes - registration, passing, Mulkiya renewal, etc. Must have knowledge of road accident handling, reporting, and insurance procedures. UAE Police and RTA protocols - understanding of regulations, reporting, and legal formalities.
