About the Job:
Plan and manage aircraft refuelling operations during the shifts at the assigned locations ensuring safe and timely service to all customers. To ensure efficient utilization of manpower and equipment with strict compliance to Aviation Quality Control and Operations standards, Airport Regulations, and company standards.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Supervises activities of assigned fuelling personals at the deport and monitors refuelling and defueling activities carried out by Fuelling operators to ensure that they are carried out in strict compliance with ADNOC/ international aviation operations standards.
Directs, on the assigned shift all refuelling and defueling of civil, cargo and defence forces planes. This includes providing instructions on order quantities, position, product, timing and choice of dispensers or fuellers.
Ensures that all delivery receipts/ certificates are correctly prepared and issued to airline representative. Receives copies of delivery receipts/ certificates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains constant communication with airlines, Civil Aviation Authority and employees on shift to respond to ongoing requirements. Is continuously monitoring the system to provide information and instructions.
Maintains record of daily operations and updates the logbook for all relevant and significant matters occurred. Enters all refuelling and other related data into computer and generates necessary reports as and when required.
Liaises with logistics staff regarding supply of various aviation products and also for relevant information regarding products quality control/ test certificates.
Prepares various documents related to the receipt transfer, delivery and quality control of products.
Minimum requirements:
Diploma (Science) or Completion of Secondary Education (Science) Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
5 years of experience in Aviation fuelling operations as operator. \xe2\x80\xa2 Valid UAE driving license
