Site supervisor
We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee our joinery and fit-out projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience managing on-site activities from start to finish. This role requires someone who can coordinate teams, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects run smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site operations for joinery and fit-out projects
- Coordinate with other project managers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure work is completed on schedule
- Oversee site safety
- Monitor workmanship quality and ensure tasks meet project specifications
- Resolve site issues promptly and professionally
- Prepare daily site reports and communicate updates to management
- Ensure all materials and manpower are available as needed
- Represent the company professionally on all project sites
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, ideally in joinery, fit-out, or interior projects
- MUST speak fluent English
- MUST have valid UAE driving license
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Good understanding of site safety and quality standards
- Ability to read drawings and understand project specifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
