Key Responsibilities
Support and supervise colleagues to ensure the highest levels of service and courtesy

Monitor consistency and quality of food and beverage items being served
Identify, manage, and escalate service issues or guest complaints to management
Ensure service standards, hygiene, and operational procedures are followed at all times
Ideal Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant
Strong passion for hospitality and guest service
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner
Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential
