Bread Ahead is a vibrant and welcoming coffee shop dedicated to providing exceptional service, quality food, and a great atmosphere. We're looking for an experienced

FOH Supervisor

to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Responsibilities



Oversee daily FOH operations to ensure efficiency and outstanding customer service. Train, motivate, and support team members to maintain high service standards. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude. Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and FOH organization. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations. Work closely with the management team to implement new ideas and improve workflow.

Requirements



? Previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality or food service.
? Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service.
? Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
? Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
