Roles & Responsibilities :

Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules that maximize productivity while accommodating facility usage. Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure adherence to established standards of cleanliness and safety across all facilities. Train, mentor, and evaluate cleaning staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Perform regular inspections of areas to identify cleaning needs and ensure compliance with health regulations. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all items are stocked, maintained, and compliant with safety standards. Coordinate with other departments to schedule deep cleaning and maintenance activities without disrupting operational flow. Address and resolve any complaints or issues related to cleaning services promptly and professionally. Prepare and manage cleaning budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective practices. Implement training programs focused on proper cleaning techniques, equipment handling, and safety procedures. Stay updated on industry best practices and innovations in cleaning technologies to improve service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile and Skills:

High school or diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Housekeeping is an advantage. Experience in managing teams, with a proven ability to motivate and lead diverse groups of employees. In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies and safety protocols. Strong organizational skills and capable of multitasking. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the facility management industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Proficient in basic computer skills for scheduling, reporting, and inventory management. Fluency in English, Arabic. Additional language skills are an advantage, especially in multicultural environments. Valid driver's license preferred for potential off-site responsibilities or supply management.
