Job Summary:

The Fit-Out Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all on-site interior fit-out activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines. The role involves managing site teams, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring smooth project execution from start to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor

day-to-day site fit-out activities

including civil, finishing, joinery, and MEP coordination. Ensure all works are carried out as per

approved drawings, materials, and specifications

. Manage and coordinate

subcontractors, site workers, and suppliers

to achieve project milestones. Conduct

site inspections

to ensure quality and workmanship meet company and client standards. Monitor

site progress

, prepare daily reports, and update the Project Engineer/Manager. Identify and resolve

technical or site-related issues

in coordination with engineers and designers. Ensure strict adherence to

safety rules, site regulations, and company policies

. Verify quantities of completed works for

progress billing and material requirements

. Assist in

material planning and procurement

to avoid site delays. Support the

testing, commissioning, and handover

process of completed areas.

Requirements:

Diploma or certificate in

Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design

or equivalent. Minimum

10 years of experience

in

interior fit-out / finishing / refurbishment projects

(preferably within the GCC). Strong knowledge of

fit-out materials, finishes, and construction techniques

. Ability to read and interpret

architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

. Proven ability to

supervise teams

and coordinate with multiple stakeholders on-site. Basic computer literacy -

MS Office, AutoCAD (for drawing review)

. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred:

UAE or GCC experience

with reputable interior contracting companies. Familiarity with

local authority requirements and safety standards

. Valid

UAE driving license

preferred.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
