Job Description
Our dynamic supermarket is seeking a competent and motivated Team Leader to join our team. As a Supermarket Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have strong leadership skills, prior experience in the retail industry, and a passion for delivering excellent service, we would like to meet you. Supervise daily supermarket operations, including cash management, receiving goods, stocking shelves, and customer service.
- Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing clear direction and supporting them in their tasks.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders to ensure product availability.
- Ensure compliance with supermarket hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Resolve customer issues and respond to their inquiries in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Analyze supermarket performance and implement measures to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Prior experience as a supervisor or in a similar management position, ideally in the retail sector.
