Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of facilities, including buildings, HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, civil, and other mechanical installations.
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities carried out by in-house teams or external contractors.
Ensure maintenance and repair works comply with safety regulations, company standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Inspect workmanship, materials, and equipment used in maintenance works for compliance with specifications.
Verify completion of scheduled maintenance activities and validate contractors' performance reports.
Record inspection findings, prepare reports, and recommend corrective or improvement measures.
Identify defects, potential hazards, and maintenance issues and escalate them promptly to the Facilities Manager.
Support asset condition assessments and lifecycle analysis of equipment and building components.
Coordinate with service providers and contractors to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
Participate in safety audits, risk assessments, and energy efficiency inspections.
Maintain inspection logs, records, and documentation for audits and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety requirements, and environmental standards.
Prepare daily schedule for team members
Manage & meet up with clients' requirements for maintenance issues, & Amc clients
Train new staff & provide technical support and guidance
Prepare scope of work.
Pricing & quotations, follow up on payment & Renewal.
Liaise with marketing team to post the ads and run campaigns.
Conduct interviews on hiring technical teams.
Attending emergency issues for AMC clients.
