Job Description
Position : Site Supervisor -Oil & Gas
Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations at the construction site. Ensure all activities comply with project specifications and safety regulations. Monitor and manage labor performance and productivity. Workforce Management: Distribute tasks among workers based on their skills and trade expertise. Provide guidance, training, and support to laborers as needed. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts on-site. Ability to understand blueprint. Knowledge about drawings Experience in Oil & Gas industry. 4)Able to communicate with site engineers.
Requirement :
Candidate with Driving License is preferred Experience in Oil and Gas, Construction is required
