Manage the daily operations of Ooredoo Kuwait Community Sales Force (Both Postpaid & Prepaid)
Key Accountabilities and Activities
  • Manage the day to day activities of the community Sales Force
  • Sell full portfolio of Ooredoo and its subsidiaries products and services as per Ooredoo and Its subsidiaries Processes and guidelines
  • Manage the revenue and non-revenue generating transactions individually and on community level which include Sales, Retention, services and Quality of operations for Ooredoo Kuwait and its subsidiaries
  • Assign individual targets and KPIs among sales agents
  • Act as a first escalation level for angry customers and unusual cases
  • Follow the guidelines of handling community sales inventory, cash management and all related paperwork
  • Manage the stock ordering process to ensure adequate number of products, devices and accessories maintaining timely replenishment of exhausted stock, as directed.
  • Manage the plans and execution of product launches, special offers and announcements among community sales employees
  • Forward customer feedback information on issues and concerns about procedures and products to the Manager to help improve service standards.
  • Carry out daily reconciliations of sales transactions and despatch to Finance
  • Ensure that all associated paperwork such as contracts, transactions, correspondence, is accurate and scan documents as per the process.
  • Act as focal point between Ooredoo/PHONO employees with the HR Business partner with all employee related issues
  • Arrange chairing regular team meetings to keep staff informed of developments, initiatives and forthcoming promotions
  • Train and coach the branch staff so they provide a high level of service to customers, and help to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Step in to assist more junior Retail staff to deal with difficult customer enquiries and issues when required.Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.
  • Other duties as directed by superiors in which ease the branch operations and assist other branches when its needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a business or a related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution
