Supervision Manager - Consultant (Civil Engineer / Architect
We are seeking a seasoned
Supervision Manager
with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in construction consultancy, specializing in eithercivil engineering
orarchitecture
. The ideal candidate will lead site supervision teams, ensure compliance with design specifications, and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.Oversee day-to-day site supervision activities across multiple projects Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards Coordinate with clients, contractors, and design teams to resolve technical issues Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and inspection requests Lead progress meetings and prepare supervision reports Mentor junior engineers and architects within the supervision team Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in consultancy supervision roles Strong knowledge of local building codes, construction practices, and project management Excellent communication and leadership skills UAE experience and DM/DDA/Trakhees approvals are a plus
