Job Description

Operational Management:



Oversee day-to-day store operations ensuring efficiency and profitability. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability. Implement company policies and procedures and ensure compliance. Manage pricing, promotions, and visual merchandising according to company standards. Maintain store cleanliness and health/safety compliance.

Staff Management:



Recruit, train, and supervise store staff including department managers, cashiers, and stock clerks. Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Monitor employee performance and conduct performance evaluations. Motivate and develop team members through coaching and leadership.

Customer Service:



Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly. Train staff on customer service best practices and policies. Maintain a welcoming and organized store environment.

Sales & Financial Management:



Monitor sales performance and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Work towards achieving store sales targets and profitability goals. Prepare sales reports, budgets, and financial records. Minimize stock loss and control shrinkage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
