Overview

Meets the operational requirements of the store, plans and assigns employees; according to work results; Takes care of staff with recruitment, selection, orientation and training of employees; Follows the results of the work of the staff in the store by training, advising, and disciplining employees; plans, monitors, and evaluates the results of the work; Manages and motivates store staff to increase daily sales and maximize work efficiency; Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing relationships with potential and current customers; Manages and controls stock together with the head of the hall; Compiles periodic statistical reports to analyze sales levels according to trends, preferences, age groups, etc., in order to facilitate planning, predict future sales volume and maximize profits from the store; Rigorously monitors the implementation of work schedules and work discipline by staff; Finds and suggests practical and creative ways to promote the store/product by collaborating closely with the Marketing Department; Suggests/proposes ideas and initiatives to superiors for business improvement.

Job Requirements

University Degree preferably in Management or Finance; 2-3 years of work experience in a similar position; Strong communicator and interpersonal skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Energetic and dynamic person; Reliable and decisive;
