to join our team for a prestigious LNG project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale mechanical construction works, with proven leadership in piping and equipment erection activities.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all
piping and equipment erection
activities at the project site.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate
daily and weekly execution programs
in line with project timelines.
Review and interpret
engineering drawings, specifications, and work procedures
.
Ensure
proper allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials
to meet site progress targets.
Monitor
workfront availability
, resolve site issues, and ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate closely with
QA/QC, HSE, Construction, and Commissioning teams
.
Ensure
strict compliance with project safety standards
, quality requirements, and client specifications.
Conduct site inspections to ensure works are executed as per approved procedures and drawings.
Provide
technical guidance
to supervisors and foremen to resolve construction-related challenges.
Prepare
daily progress reports
, manpower summaries, and construction status updates.
Support and participate in
mechanical completion and handover activities
.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in
Mechanical Engineering
or related field.
Minimum
10 years' experience
in Oil & Gas / LNG / Petrochemical projects.
Minimum
5 years in a supervisory or superintendent role
handling piping and equipment erection.
Strong knowledge of
piping systems, static & rotating equipment
, erection methodologies, and alignment procedures.
Familiar with
project planning, workfront management, and resource control
.
Excellent
leadership, communication, and problem-solving
skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
