Qualifications and skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Diploma in Civil/Construction

Minimum 10 years site supervision experience in civil construction (commercial, industrial, infrastructure, high-rise, or mixed-use projects)

Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, structural works, and finishing

Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings and specifications

Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Knowledge of local regulations, safety procedure, and quality compliance

Proficient in planning, productivity optimization, and resource management

Strong communication and reporting skills

Ability to solve site challenges quickly and efficiently

For the expansion of an existing indoor Theme Park facility at Warner Bros. World in Abu Dhabi we are looking for an experienced Superintendent Civil / ConstructionKey responsibilities:

Site supervision:

Oversee all daily on-site activities, ensuring work progresses according to plans and deadlines.

Personnel and subcontractor management:

Supervise construction crews, coordinate with subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure timely material and equipment delivery

Safety and compliance:

Enforce safety regulations, conduct safety meetings, identify and address hazards, and ensure the project meets building codes and specifications.

Quality control:

Review blueprints and project documents to ensure construction aligns with design requirements and verify the quality of work

Problem-solving:

Identify and resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and delays to keep the project on track.

Documentation and reporting:

Maintain daily logs, track progress, and prepare reports for project managers and other stakeholders

Communication:

Serve as the main point of contact between the site team, subcontractors, clients, and project managers, providing updates and addressing concerns

Budget and resource management:

Assist in managing the project budget by tracking costs and ensuring efficient allocation of resources, equipment, and personnel
